The full-day kindergarten was implemented following the passage of a $2.46 million referendum in November 2023. A pilot full-day kindergarten was then launched at Adamsville and John F. Kennedy Primary schools for the 2025-26 school year ahead of the district-wide launch.
"This enhancement reflects our commitment to giving our youngest learners the best possible start through engaging, developmentally appropriate instruction in a supportive and enriching environment," stated the school district.
