Guns, Ammo Found During Saddle Brook Traffic Stop: State Police
A high-capacity, 30-round magazine, 2 guns, and hollow point ammunition were found during a traffic stop on I-80, State Police said.
SADDLE BROOK, NJ — Three people were arrested after guns, ammunition, and marijuana were found inside a vehicle during a traffic stop on Interstate 80 Monday, State Police announced.
James Fogel, 33, of Corona, New York; Benjamin Martinez, 21, of Yonkers, New York; and Shanel Torres, 28, of Flushing, New York, were each charged with possession of a handgun, possession of a high capacity magazine, possession of hollow point bullets, receiving stolen property and money laundering, State Police said.
Troopers from the State Police from the Totowa Troop B headquarters stopped Fogel for a motor vehicle violation on I-80 in Saddle Brook, police said.

Police investigated and found two handguns, a high-capacity, 30-round magazine, hollow point bullets, and marijuana inside the vehicle, police said.
Fogel, Martinez, and Torres were lodged in the Bergen County Jail pending a detention hearing, police said.
