Commissioners consider concepts for a new library.

The Board of Commissioners work-session meeting started at 3 p.m. Tuesday.
It began with a presentation from the borough library board about several concepts for a new library, including a preferred option for a 22,700 square-foot facility on Allen and Wilkins avenues, a half block from its present location.
