The Haddonfield Police Department is seeking part-time school crossing guards.
School guards work a maximum of three hours a day and currently earn $13.36 per hour with no addiontial benefits. Applicants are required to undergo an extensive background check.
All potential hires must be able to pass a physical that includes testing of both visual and audio capabilities, as well as a drug test. All testing is paid for by the police department. All needed equipment will be supplied to the guard. Those interested in applying may respond to the Haddonfield Police Department, 242 Kings Highway East, Haddonfield, N.J. Monday through Friday, 8 a.m.-4 p.m.
