HUDSON COUNTY, NJ — Two Kearny men were hit by a vehicle while walking in a Hudson County park on Thursday, prosecutors said. The men, ages 48 and 58, were taken to University Hospital in Newark, where they remained hospitalized with serious injuries as of Friday, prosecutors said. The men were hit about 3:30 p.m. in West Hudson Park, prosecutors said. The driver remained at the scene. The incident is being investigated by the Hudson County Regional Collision Investigation Unit and the Hudson County Sheriff's Office.
