4 Jersey City Men Were Charged With Sexual Assault Of Bayonne Teen

JERSEY CITY, NJ — Four Jersey City men were charged on Tuesday with the sexual assault of a 14-year-old girl from Bayonne.

All four of the men were charged with sexual assault and endangering the welfare of a child. The men met the teenage girl after she had run away from home earlier this month, according to the Hudson County Prosecutor's Office.

The charged men are listed below as well as details from their arrest:

• Nasire Williams, age 26: Also charged with Criminal Sexual Contact in the fourth degree. Williams was arrested at the Hudson County Prosecutor’s Office in Jersey City just after 5:00 p.m. on Sept. 16
• Elijah Sparkman, age 21: Sparkman was arrested at the Hudson County Prosecutor’s Office in Jersey City just after 1:00 p.m. on Sept. 17
• Deveon Palms, age 19: Palms was arrested at the Hudson County Prosecutor’s Office in Jersey City just after 10:30 p.m. Sept. 7.
• Xavier Feliciano, age 23: Feliciano was arrested at the Hudson County Prosecutor’s Office in Jersey City just before 1 p.m. on Sept. 17.
