Fort Lee Burger Joint To Open Second Location In Jersey City
Marty's will be opening on Central Avenue in Jersey City.

JERSEY CITY, NJ — A new burger spot is coming to Jersey City's Central Avenue.
Marty's Burgers will open at 488 Central Avenue. The restaurant has a location in Fort Lee which opened last year. The Jersey City location website is bare-bones at the moment, but includes a message that the restaurant will be coming to the city soon — an official opening date is not listed.
Marty's is a classic burger joint that serves "burgers the old fashion way, never frozen and never pre-packed. There are no shortcuts to how we serve our burgers," according to the Fort Lee location website.

The new Marty's location on Central Avenue used to be the site of Firehouse Blazing Pizza which has since closed.
Marty's joins several new restaurants and storefronts on Central Avenue, including Sabor A Peru, which is planned to open at 280 Central Avenue and Heights Fitness, a new gym located at 338-342 Central Avenue.
