Jersey City Man Wanted For Vigil Shooting Surrenders To Police
Mark Stewart turned himself in to homicide detectives.

JERSEY CITY, NJ — A Jersey City man who was wanted for the shooting death of Felicia Stewart on Tuesday turned himself in to homicide detectives, the Hudson County Prosecutor's Office said.
Mark Stewart turned himself in on Saturday around 11:30 a.m. and was arrested without incident, HCPO said. He was charged with aggravated manslaughter and weapons' possession.
Just before 1 a.m. on Tuesday between Grant Avenue and MLK Drive in Jersey City, Felicia Stewart was shot in the back and died. The shooting happened in the same area as a vigil for Raquan Bass, a victim of a shooting on Saturday night.

According to Mayor Steven Fulop, someone fired into the group of people at the vigil.
Stewart will be housed at the Hudson County Correctional Facility in Kearny pending his first appearance.
