North Bergen Man Charged In Sexual Assault Of Jersey City Teen
A 46-year-old North Bergen man was charged in the sexual assault of an 18-year-old Jersey City girl.
JERSEY CITY, NJ — A North Bergen man was arrested and charged in the sexual assault of a Jersey City teen.
Christopher Graham, 46, of North Bergen, was charged with aggravated sexual assault in the first degree and aggravated criminal sexual contact in the third degree.
Graham was arrested by members of the Hudson County Prosecutor’s Office Special Victims Unit on Wednesday morning after North Bergen police alerted detectives of an alleged sexual assault. According to the HCPO, the assault occurred at the Days Hotel after the victim met the man in Jersey City where he offered to help the victim by giving her a ride home.

Graham is also facing several drug possession charges. During the sexual assault investigation, a search warrant for Graham’s home was executed. During the execution of the warrant, detectives found various items related to the possession and distribution of CDS including cocaine, PCP, drug paraphernalia and more than $3,000 in United States currency.
Following his arrest, Graham was transported to the Hudson County Correctional Facility in
Kearny pending his first appearance. The Prosecutor’s Office has filed a motion for pretrial
detention of the defendant. A hearing is scheduled for August 24.
