JERSEY CITY, NJ — It's impossible to be bored in Jersey City, and this weekend is not different.

Saturday 7/31
"A Good Day – A VIRTUAL Concert of Musical Theatre Songs by Eric B. Sirota" VIRTUAL concert featuring musical theatre songs by Off-Broadway composer and New Jersey resident, Eric Sirota.
The Liberty Humane Society is hosting a free rabies clinic on Saturday — this is the second free clinic of the year. Rabies vaccines will be available for dogs as well as pet microchipping, dogs can get their distemper vaccine, and cats can get their FVRCP vaccine, all at discounted costs on the same day.
Jersey City's McGinley Square Concerts Are Back
The McGinley Square live music series starts on Saturday and will continue on the last Saturday of each month. You can find the music at the intersection of Bergen Avenue and Montgomery Street.
Jersey City's Brightside Tavern To Host Short Film Festival
The Brightside Tavern Film Festival starts on Saturday at 11 a.m.and runs into Sunday at 7 p.m. The festival will be held online at the tavern, located at 141 Bright St. Tickets are $12 and available online. Student films and awards are on July 31st and all other films will be August 1.
