'Iron Chef' To Open Japanese Restaurant At Paramus Mall: Report
Masaharu Morimoto, the Fuji Television Network 'Iron Chef,' is opening his third Sa'Moto in the country at Westfield Garden State Plaza.
PARAMUS, NJ — A celebrity chef is preparing to open a new pan-Asian, fine-dining restaurant at Westfield Garden State Plaza in the next six to eight months, NJ.com reported.
Iron Chef Masaharu Morimoto, of Hiroshima, Japan, is opening a Sa'Moto at the Paramus shopping mall, his first in the state and third in the country, the article said.
Morimoto starred in Fuji Television's original "Iron Chef" and the spinoff "Iron Chef America." He has also published two cookbooks and collected many awards for his cuisine.

Sa'Moto offers angry chicken, vegetable bap, chicken wonton soup, Maine lobster and Morimoto's signature "buri bap," a yellowtail rice bowl, the restaurant's website said.
The Japanese eatery will fill the space of a former Kids Foot Locker on the mall's upper level, NJ.com reported.
