See 'Best Of Broadway' For Free In Bergen County: Here's How

PARAMUS, NJ — Young Broadway fans in Bergen County don't have to cross into New York City to experience the magic of live theatre, and they don't have to pay, either.

Westfield Garden State Plaza is in the midst of a 15-week "Broadway@GSPlaza" series, in partnership with the Bergen Performing Arts Center, a news release said. General admission tickets are free.

Shows play at 11 a.m. and 1 p.m. on Saturdays from March 19-June 25 and include songs and scenes from popular Broadway shows and modern kids' movies. In the upcoming "Lion King" performance, 11-year-old actor Vince Ermita, who plays young Simba on Broadway, will perform.

A limited number of VIP tickets are available for $10 and include "an AMC kids’ movie theater ticket, a kid’s meal at Chick-Fil-A, a LEGO toy, and more," according to the GSP website.
