Upscale Seafood And Steak Restaurant Eddie V's Coming To Paramus

PARAMUS, NJ — Eddie V's, a seafood and steak restaurant chain, announced it is opening a new location in Paramus.

The restaurant said its Paramus location will open in Spring 2022, but did not provide many more details. The Paramus Eddie V's will be at Westfield Garden State Plaza.

Eddie V's offers a number of seafood and shellfish dishes, from the more common salmon and shrimp to offerings like caviar, branzino, and South African lobster. Also on the menu are aged, hand-cut steaks and a variety of savory sides. Each restaurant also features a wine selection.

The chain is also opening another New Jersey location in Cherry Hill, according to NJ.com.

There are Eddie V's locations in 13 other states.
