PARSIPPANY, NJ—The township council voted unanimously to hire a new business manager on Tuesday. Frederick Carr will replace outgoing administrator Keith Kazmark, who will be the new administrator in Woodland Park.

A West Point graduate and U.S. Army veteran, Carr was awarded the Bronze Star during the Gulf War and served in various command positions during his dozen years of service.

“I believe Frederick Carr is the absolute right choice to bring Parsippany forward, said Kazmark. "I have every confidence he will do well on behalf of the taxpayers of this township.”
