Kitchen Manager, Fanwood: Mara’s Café and Bakery, a new establishment coming to Fanwood, is seeking a kitchen manager.  The Kitchen Manager will be directly responsible for all kitchen functions including some food purchasing, preparation and maintenance of quality standards; sanitation and cleanliness; training of kitchen employees in methods of cooking, preparation, plate presentation, portion and cost control.
