Summit Avenue was closed Monday morning from Deforest Avenue to Broad Street as milling continues, <a href="http://ucnj.org/traffic/projects/summit/summitAve.htm" rel="nofollow" target="_blank">according to Union County. </a> As of noon, the operation has moved over Broad Street and continue to Morris Avenue. The contractor will try to complete all milling Monday. Should residents have any traffic questions, please call the Traffic Bureau at (908) 789-6011 during normal business hours. If any emergencies should arise, please call 911.
