Section Of Broad St. Closed In Summit, Police Say To Avoid Area

SUMMIT, NJ — Summit Police Department is advising residents to avoid Broad Street between Orchard Street and Park Place on Wednesday.

Police said the road is closed in both directions, causing heavy traffic in the area and extensive delays. The Department did not provide a reason why the road is closed.

Residents are told to avoid area through evening rush hour on Wednesday.
