Edgewater Eateries Among 31 Participants in Hudson Restaurant Week
Want to sample the best of restaurants in Edgewater, Hoboken, and elsewhere in North Jersey? Hudson Restaurant Week started Monday.
NORTH JERSEY — You can search them out by cuisine or location: More than 30 restaurants are participating in Hudson Restaurant Week in Hudson County this week, including in Edgewater, Weehawken, North Bergen, and Hoboken.
They're offering prix fixe meals so people can sample their best appetizers, entrees, and desserts.
The restaurants include at least two in Edgewater: The Yacht Club on River Road, and Haven Riverfront Restaurant & Bar on Main Street.

The week kicked off Monday, Jan. 23 and runs through the weekend.
Just as an example of what you can try, the meal at the Franklin in Secaucus includes:

- Second course/entree: Choice of veal chop vodka parmigiana, pan seared salmon, braised short ribs with mashed potatoes and asparagus, or wild mushroom risotto
- Third course/dessert: Homemade churros, olive oil cake, or homemade tiramisu.
