Bergen County Man Accused Of Sexually Assaulting Customer At Spa
The 55-year-old man was charged with sexual assault following the June 3 incident, prosecutors said.

EDGEWATER, NJ — A Teaneck man is facing charges after authorities said he sexually assaulted a woman at an Edgewater spa.
Dong H. Oh, 55, was charged with sexual assault following the June 3 incident at the SoJo Spa Club, the Bergen County Prosecutor’s Office said in a statement.
According to authorities, the Edgewater Police Department contacted the Bergen County Prosecutor’s Office Special Victims Unit regarding the alleged sexual assault the day after the incident occurred. An investigation revealed that Oh sexually assaulted the woman while giving her a massage.

Oh was arrested Wednesday and also charged with second-degree assault, prosecutors said. He was taken to the Bergen County Jail pending his first court appearance.
