Gyrocopter, a restaurant on Broadway near Westwood Avenue, recently closed.
The restaurant had offered gyros, falafels and other Mediterranean cuisine. There are still several other Mediterranean places in the area, including and in Westwood and in Washington Township.
The former Gyrocopter site is located in Westwood's Central Business District and is zoned for many uses.
