Bergen County, New Bridge, Expand Testing Amid Omicron Spike

The Paramus-based hospital will expand testing directly into North Jersey communities. Here's when and where.

BERGEN COUNTY, NJ — With omicron cases spiking in New Jersey, and across the country, Bergen County and Bergen New Bridge Medical Center will respond by expanding their testing reach.

The county announced a new plan to bring testing directly into North Jersey communities this week, starting on Monday. In total, there will be five testing dates in Bergen County through Wednesday.

Anyone who lives, works, attends school, or volunteers in Bergen County is eligible to register for an appointment at the updated locations, but onsite testing at the Paramus medical center is also available.

Monday, Dec. 27

  • Overpeck Park, 40 Fort Lee Rd. Leonia, NJ, 11 a.m.-2 p.m.
  • Cresskill Senior Center, 38 Spring St. Cresskill, NJ, 4-7 p.m.

Tuesday, Dec. 28

  • Ramapo College, 505 Ramapo Valley Rd. (Pavilion Dining) Mahwah, NJ, 10 a.m.-2 p.m.

Wednesday, December 29, 2021

  • Ramapo College, 505 Ramapo Valley Rd. (Pavilion Dining) Mahwah, NJ, 11 a.m.-2 p.m.
