Tropical Storm Debby Forms, Heavy Rain Predicted In Bergen County Later In Week

Heavy rains are expected in Bergen County later this week.

BERGEN COUNTY, NJ — A heat advisory has been issued for the next several days in Bergen County, with high humidity and thunderstorms expected. The most rain will fall Sunday, said the National Weather Service, with up to an inch expected.

Meanwhile, Tropical Storm Debby has become a hurricane, crossing Florida to swirl up the East Coast next week. The National Weather Service predicts rain this coming Thursday and Friday.
