Dr. Fred Puccio, of Midland Family Dental Care Of Wyckoff, was named among Bergen County's Top Dentists by Bergen Health & Life Magazine.

WYCKOFF, NJ — For more than 25 years, Dr. Fred Puccio has worked to restore customers' smiles.

Puccio, a dental surgery doctor in Wyckoff, was named among Bergen County's Top Dentists in a peer-reviewed survey of hundreds of dentists across the county who are in good standing with the state.

Midland Family Dental Care's Dr. Puccio has become one of the most respected names in the field, according to Bergen Health & Life Magazine, which commissioned a research firm to conduct the survey.

A leader in digital dentistry, Puccio is proud that "we provide the latest in cutting-edge technology so that our patients receive the safest, most precise dental care available," he said.

Midland Family Dental, established by Puccio in 1995, provides general dentistry, preventive care and a multitude of other services. A specialty of the practice — which is in high demand — is the diagnosis and treatment of sleep disturbances and sleep apnea, the magazine said.

With two offices — one at 243 Morse Avenue in Wyckoff and another at 765 Midland Avenue in Garfield — and a team of five dental professionals, Midland Family Dental will "meet all your family's dental needs," the magazine said.

Puccio is a Clinical Associate Instructor at the New York University College of Dentistry, where he graduated in 1994. He also held a teaching position in the Hackensack University Medical Center Dental Department, where he received a "Teaching Attending of the Year" award.
