FLOW Communities Save Money Through Shared Equipment
The agreement between the three towns is called WOLF, for each of the first letters of the town names

Municipal departments are always looking for ways to save taxpayers money by consolidating within the government.
Wyckoff, Oakland and Franklin Lakes got creative and decided to save money by sharing public works equipment through an agreement called WOLF for each of the first letters of the town names, according to NorthJersey.com. The equipment list includes large items from backhoes and bucket loaders to mowers and stump grinders.
