The work is requiring full and partial closures on affected streets at certain times. Local traffic and emergency services are permitted access, the township said.

Work starts at 7 a.m. Monday through Friday and finishes about 7 p.m. If a home is within active work zone limits, the township asks that residents move their cars onto nearby side streets prior to the 7 a.m. start time.

Police have suspended overnight parking rules in the area, so parking overnight on nearby side streets is permitted.

"We understand that this may be a short-term inconvenience, and we hope the contractor is able to minimize expected delays and inconveniences for the overall improvement to the neighborhood," the township said.
