BERGEN COUNTY, NJ — The National Weather Service has issued a Hazardous Weather Outlook for Bergen County and three other New Jersey counties, saying heavy rain may fall late Friday night into very early Saturday.

All totaled, more than an inch of rain may fall on Friday alone, becoming heavy around midnight.

"Locally heavy rain is likely Friday night into Saturday as intensifying low pressure passes through," the NWS says. "There is a low probability for hazardous weather that would meet NWS warning criteria."
