Nominate An Outstanding Teacher
The K-8 district is accepting nominations for teacher of the year.

The local public K-8 school district is seeking nominations for Bergen County Teacher and Educational Services Professionals Recognition Program.
The program was developed in 1985 for the purpose of acknowledging teachers who exhibit outstanding performance. Educational Services Professionals were added to the program in 2004, for the purpose of acknowledging educational services professionals who exhibit outstanding performance, such as library media specialists, athletic trainers, counselors, school nurses and other educational professionals who are not teachers by definition.
Submissions will be accepted electronically, with a deadline of 3 p.m. April 8. Submit the nomination form (found on the district's website) to Kris Gonzalez at kgonzalez@franklinlakes.k12.nj.us.
