75 Years Of 'Excellence' At Wyckoff PTO Economy Shop Commemorated
A member of the Wyckoff Township Committee presented a proclamation to Wyckoff PTO Economy Shop for continuing a "tradition of excellence."

WYCKOFF, NJ — An integral part of the Wyckoff community since 1947, the Wyckoff PTO Economy Shop distributes 100 percent of net profits equally to the parent-teacher organizations of the five schools in the public school district, and Ramapo and Indian Hills High Schools, township committee member Melissa Rubenstein said.
Rubenstein recently presented the thrift store with a proclamation from the township committee to commemorate the start of the organizations's 75th season.
"Led this year by Executive Directors Monica Conrad and Leslie Label, the Wyckoff PTO Economy Shop is continuing the tradition of excellence and giving that the store has always exemplified," Rubenstein said, adding that in 2021 the store donated over $41,000 to Wyckoff-area schools.

Conrad and Label said they hope the recognition spotlights all that the store continues to offer to Wyckoff.
"Of course, we couldn't do any of it without the generous donations of goods and the countless hours of volunteering that the local community provides," the executive directors said in a statement. "We are grateful to have been a part of the community since 1947, and we hope the Economy Shop continues for at least another 75 years."
