Saturday: Once Upon a Mattress at FAMS

1. It's the second night of FAMS production of Once Upon a Mattress. The show starts at 7:30 p.m.

 is hosting a Purim celebration starting at 7:45 p.m. with the reading of the Megillah, the biblical story of Purim.  The celebration continues on Sunday morning at 9:30 a.m. with a carnival featuring games, brunch and more prizes. 

3. Live music tonight at the Endless Vine. The Pick Ups, Steve Najemian and Ronnie Ebert go on at 8:30 p.m. No cover. 

4. The Emmanuel Cancer Foundation Fine Arts and Crafts Fair is returning to Franklin Lakes May 14 and 15. Vendors are needed! Anyone interested should contact Mary Ellen Marra of Premiere Productions LLC at 201-857-3930.

 5. A teen poetry contest, open to Franklin Lakes students in grades 6 to 12, is ongoing. Entries of an original poem or song, no longer than 250 words, can be submitted at the Franklin Lakes Public Library or sent directly tokate_thelibrarian@yahoo.com. Deadline is April 5.
