Snow Accumulation In Forecast For Bergen County This Week
Some areas of Bergen County will have a snow accumulation and slippery commute this week, the NWS said.

BERGEN COUNTY, NJ — Some parts of Bergen County were expected to get snow early Monday morning — and may see slippery roads again later this week.

The National Weather service predicted that 1-2 inches of snow could fall before 1 a.m. on Monday. "Use caution, slow down, and plan extra time to reach your destination," they said in a special weather statement.

90 Percent Chance Of Sleet Midweek
And this Wednesday, there's a 90 percent chance of sleet after 4 a.m., making for slippery roads for the Wednesday morning commute. Parts of the county, including Mahwah, could get 1-2 inches of sleet and snow.

There's also a 70 percent chance of snow and sleet on Saturday, the NWS said. And the following week, keep an eye on midweek for a bigger snowstorm.
