Stolen Car, Vehicle Break-Ins: Franklin Lakes Blotter

FRANKLIN LAKES, NJ - Borough police responded to a number of incidents over the past few days, including a vehicle theft and reported car break-ins.

11/22/2019 – 9:01 AM – A Forest Glen Avenue resident reported that during the overnight hours, unknown persons stole their 2016 Mercedes Benz from the driveway. On 11/23/2019, the vehicle was recovered by Newark PD. PO Christopher Heffner investigated.

11/22/2019 – 8:32 AM – A Clove Lane resident reported that during the overnight, unknown persons entered two cars that were parked in the driveway. Nothing was reported stolen at time of response. PO Christopher Heffner investigated.
