The Ramapo-Indian Hills Board of Education will be holding a public hearing of the proposed 2011-12 budget at 8 p.m. Monday in the Ramapo High School library. The budget, which is posted in its entirety on the district's website, will be put before voters on April 27.
On Thursday, Indian Hills High School's spring musical, Big, will start its three-night run at 7 p.m. The show is an adaptation of Tom Hank's 1988 film of the same name.
Twice a week garbage collection starts this Friday, for those on a Tuesday-Friday schedule. For Monday-Thursday residents, twice weekly collection begins next week.

Heavy metal appliance pick up is this Friday. If you have a large item, such as washers, dryers, refrigerators, etc. (for a full list click here) that needs to be picked up, contact the Borough Clerk's office, at 201-891-0048 ext. 1200, no later than 3:30 p.m. Thursday to schedule a pickup. Please remember to remove doors from all appliances.
