Week In Review

Ramapo College campus was put on lock down for an hour this week, after police received a 911 call reporting an alleged shooting, that turned out to be false. Two men were arrested in connection.   

A possibly rabid fox near the High Mountain Reserve was killed by police in Wayne this week. Also in wildlife, we got the buzz on beekeeping. 

In Viewfinder, we shared photos from the Lions Club Wine Tasting. See if you recognize anyone. 

We wrote about Flirty Finds, a fashion company started by a local mom that helps women find their inner flirts. Another mompreneur in town, Susan Miller, started her own jewelry company, SKM Artworks. 

Ramapo High Senior Class had Hypnotist night. Watch the video to find out how Ryan ended up with so many bandaids on his face and what someone thinks Kelsey smells like. 

Indian Hills Seniors held their fashion show this weekend. Patch got a sneak peak at the what goes into putting on the show. 

Students at Colonial Road School participated in PACK week (Pack Assorted Colors for Kids). Patch caught them eating strawberries, dressed in red.

Art students of Ellen Reinkraut won an international contest. Their work is currently hanging in a museum in Spain. 

Our Whiz Kid of the Week, Madeline Feinstein, earned varsity gold in the state Academic Decathalon. 

High School students at Ramapo and Indian Hills are invited to submit nominations for a governors award, and Patch wants to know what teachers made a difference in your life.

Patch also caught a glimpse of local talented teem Noah Jessup, who played at the Endless Vine last weekend.
