A North Bellmore man was recently presented with a Town of Hempstead Certificate of Recognition at his college graduation party.
Joshua Maxwell Ritzer just completed his undergraduate studies at SUNY Buffalo State College.
Ritzer was given his award by Town Clerk Mark Bonilla.
