EAST NEW YORK, NY — A young girl has been missing since Friday, where she was last seen at her East New York home, police said Wednesday.

Mia Johnson, 12, was seen at her home on Ashford Street between Hegeman and New Lots avenues Friday about 12:30 p.m., according to the NYPD.

Police described Johnson as 5 feet 4 inches tall and about 160 pounds with short brown hair. She frequently spends time in Brownsville, police said.
