Teen Girl Pepper Sprayed In BK Hate Crime Attack, NYPD Says
The attack on a teen took place about a block from a local high school, according to police.

BROOKLYN, NY - A 15-year-old girl was pepper sprayed as her attacker made anti-ethnic remarks in Brooklyn earlier this month.
The teen was walking in front of 7919 New Utrecht Ave., about a block from New Utrecht High School, in Bensonhurst on Dec. 19 about 1:50 p.m. when she was approached by the assailant, police said.
The attacker made anti-ethnic remarks before pepper spraying her in the face, police said.

Medics responded to the area, but the victim refused medical attention on scene.
The attacker l is described as a female about 40 years old last seen wearing a dark colored hooded sweatshirt, blue jeans, and blue backpack.
