2 Men Killed In Separate Shootings Hours Apart In Brooklyn
A 37-year-old victim was taken to Kings County Hospital, where he was pronounced dead.

BROOKLYN, NY — Two men were killed in separate shootings just hours apart in Brooklyn, police said.
The first incident happened around 9:15 p.m. Wednesday night, a 37-year-old man was shot in the chest at a park inside the Tompkins Houses complex in Bed-Stuy, police said.
The 37-year-old victim was taken to Kings County Hospital, where he was pronounced dead.

Police are searching for three men who fled on foot in the Bed-Stuy shooting.
The second incident happened hours later, around 1:15 a.m. on Thursday at 5724 Beverley Road in East Flatbush, police said.

A 38-year-old man — identified as Brandon Sylvester, of Englewood, NJ — was found shot in the chest outside the home.
He was also transported to Kings County Hospital, where he was pronounced dead, police said.
A description of a suspect was not readily available.
