BROOKLYN, NY - Two cop cars collided while responding to an emergency call in Brooklyn Wednesday night, authorities said.

Two officers in one vehicle collided with an officer inside another patrol vehicle at the intersection of Rogers and Church Avenues in Flatbush, an NYPD spokesperson told Patch.

All three officers were transported to a nearby hospital where they were treated for minor injuries, police said.

It wasn’t immediately clear what the nature of the original emergency call was. The injured officers represented two precincts: the 67th Precinct in East Flatbush and the 71st Precinct in Prospect Lefferts Gardens.
