BROOKLYN, NY — A Flatbush deli sold a top prize-winning lottery ticket on Monday night worth $31,075.50, according to Lottery NY.

The ticket, which was sold for the Oct. 14 TAKE 5 Evening drawing, was sold by Uncle Joe Deli And Grocery at 3323 Church Ave.
