WILLIAMSBURG, NY — A Brooklyn courts officer accused of sexually assaulting and threatening to kill a civilian police employee pleaded not guilty to criminal charges levied against him, court records show.

Lieutenant Widler Lucas, 42, on Tuesday pleaded not guilty to nonconsensual sex and harassment charges, according to court records and a four-count indictment.

Criminal charges appeared on the heels of a civil lawsuit filed in April by the NYPD civilian, who accused Lucas of forcing her to perform oral sex, records show.

The worker, then assigned to NYPD's Property Division in Brooklyn, said she and Lucas were, at first, in a consensual relationship, court records show.

Lucas demanded she wear skirts to work, the woman claims.

Things escalated after the two broke up — at one point, Lucas physically forced her to perform oral sex with his office door open, the lawsuit contends.

She faced other harassment from other employees as a result of her relationship with Lucas and, when the affair was exposed at work, Lucas threatened to kill her repeatedly, the lawsuit contends.

"I mean it," he told her, according to the suit. "I will f------ kill you."

Lucas was released without bail and is expected back in Kings Supreme Criminal Court on Oct. 12.
