Hundreds Rally For Gaza At Brooklyn Borough Hall: Report
The protest was organized by Within Our Lifetime.
BROOKLYN, NY — Hundreds gathered at Brooklyn Borough Hall on Monday night to protest a recent Israeli strike in Gaza, CBS New York reported.
The protest was hosted by local advocacy organization Within Our Lifetime along with NYC Healthcare Workers For Palestine and Doctors Against Genocide, according to a flier distributed on Twitter.
On the flier, Within Our Lifetime said the protest was in response to an Israeli strike that hit a hospital courtyard full of tents of displaced people in Gaza on Monday morning. The strike triggered a fire that killed at least four people and injured 40 more, according to the New York Times.
