Man Fatally Shot In The Back In Brooklyn, NYPD Says
There have been no arrests and an investigation remains ongoing.

NEW YORK CITY — A 42-year-old man was shot and killed in Brooklyn early Friday morning, police said.
The incident happened at Rockaway Parkway and Avenue N around 1:52 a.m., police said.
Officers found the 42-year-old victim, with a single gunshot wound to the back, who was initially conscious and alert.

He was transported to Brookdale University Hospital Medical Center, where he succumbed to his injuries and was later pronounced dead, police said.
