Man Killed, Another Injured After Stabbing At Brooklyn Laundromat

BROOKLYN, NY — A 54-year-old man was killed, and another person was left injured after a stabbing at a Brooklyn laundromat Sunday night, police said.

The incident happened at Laundry King, located at 39 Neptune Avenue around 10:40 p.m., police said.

Officers found the 54-year-old man with a stab wound to the torso and a 19-year-old man with a slash to the forehead.

The 54-year-old victim has been identified as Walid Noureldin, police said.

Both victims were transported by EMS to NYU Langone Hospital-Brooklyn. Noureldin succumbed to his injuries and was pronounced dead.

The 19-year-old man is in stable condition, police said.

There have been no arrests at this time and an investigation remains ongoing.

According to reports, the stabbing may have stemmed from an argument with an unknown individual.
