- A two-alarm fire broke out early on Wednesday morning in Williamsburg. The FDNY responded to the fire at 2 Campus Place at 2:45 a.m. and were able to rescue a person from the second story of the building. The victims were treated by paramedics at the scene, and the fire was under control by 3:45 a.m. (AMNY)
- A man died of his injuries sustained in a collision with a garbage truck on Jan. 25.
