SHEEPSHEAD BAY, NY — A person was fatally struck by a train in Sheepshead Bay Friday morning, according to the FDNY.

The person was pronounced dead on the scene near E 16th Street and Sheepshead Bay Road just after 7 a.m. Friday, according to the FDNY.

Identifying information was not immediately available.

B and Q trains were delayed Friday morning in Brooklyn, but Q trains resumed making local stops from Kings Highway to Brighton Beach about 9:15 a.m., according to the MTA.
