PHOTOS: Man Accused Of Torching 11 NYPD Vehicles In Arson Incident

NEW YORK CITY — The NYPD have identified and released photos of a suspect sought for allegedly setting fire to 11 NYPD vehicles last week.

Jakhi Lodgson-McCray is wanted in connection with the June 12 incident, police announced Wednesday.

He was last seen wearing a gray sweater, green pants, and a blue face mask.

The incident happened around 1:30 a.m. at a parking lot on the intersection of Central and DeKalb avenues in Brooklyn near the 83rd Precinct station house, Patch previously reported.

Lodgson-McCray is accused of climbing over a gate and placing fire starters on the windshields, hoods, and tires of multiple NYPD vehicles. A fire ignited, causing severe damage to 11 NYPD vehicles, police said.
