🌱 Queens Shooter Arrested + TV Crew Rescues Trapped Teen

Here are the top stories in Brooklyn today:

1. A Queens man was arrested in connection to the fatal shooting of 47-year-old Bushwick resident, Anthony Ragler. Desean McCain, 22, shot and killed Ragler outside of the shooter's own residence on Parsons Boulevard in Queens. McCain was arrested and charged with murder, criminal possession of a weapon, and acting in a manner injurious to a child. (AMNY)
2. Crew members of a TV filming set raced to the aid of a 14-year-old boy who was struck by, and pinned underneath an SUV on Avenue X in Gravesend. The driver lost control of her SUV, stuck another vehicle, and veered onto the sidewalk where she struck the teenager while he was walking his dog. At least a dozen people worked together to lift the car off of the trapped young man. (NBC New York)
