BROOKLYN, NY — A 29-year-old woman was found dead with head trauma in a Brooklyn home on Thursday, police said Friday
Officers found the woman unresponsive around 1:30 p.m. inside 39 Avenue X in Gravesend, police said. She was pronounced dead at the scene.
The city's medical examiner will determine the cause of the woman’s death.
