Woman Killed In Brooklyn Apartment Fire: FDNY
The victim has not been identified, pending family notification.

BROOKLYN, NY — A woman was killed in an apartment building fire in Crown Heights Friday morning, the FDNY said.
Firefighters responded around 8:15 a.m. to 1528 Bedford Ave and found a fire coming out of a third-floor apartment, officials said.
An 85-year-old woman was found unresponsive and pronounced dead at the scene.

Around 65 firefighters worked to put out the fire.
At 8:45 a.m., the blaze was put under control.
