- A yellow cab fatally struck a man trying to cross the Brooklyn-Queens Expressway. The 69-year-old victim was attempting to cross the highway near exit 40 in Woodside, Queens when he was hit in the eastbound lanes on Saturday night. The cab driver remained at the scene and faced no immediate charges, suffering only minor injuries. (Yahoo News)
- A robbery suspect who escaped custody at a Brooklyn hospital has been located and placed under arrest. 21-year-old Aikeem Williams was arrested in connection with a robbery, and taken to Brookdale Hospital after complaining about chest pain. Williams will now face additional charges for his attempt to escape custody. (CBS New York)
- An unknown suspect is wanted for sucker punching a 79-year-old man on a Brooklyn sidewalk. The suspect approached the victim on his motorized scooter before swinging at him from behind and connecting with the victim's head. The suspect fled on his scooter immediately afterwards. (NBC 4 NY)
